Overeasy Ops offers private dining experiences and curated culinary moments in intimate settings. Our tailored consulting services are led by an award-winning Executive Chef with a proven track record in Californian and Asian concepts. We have cooked in a variety of home kitchens, breweries, places of worship, and a multitude of public outdoor spaces. We’ve built a sushi bar in a CEO’s living room for a Christmas cocktail party; erected a full-size kitchen in an abandoned train station for a Peruvian wedding; and executed a 9-course omakase tasting menu for 2 couples in a yurt on a golf course.

Our professional catering services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client. We collaborate with nutritionists and dieticians to develop customized meal programs for professional athletes across various disciplines. Over the past decade, we have provided nutritional support to professional sports teams, including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland Raiders, the Athletics, and most MLB teams visiting Bay Area ballparks. We possess a thorough understanding of their requirements and excel at transforming basic food into essential nutritional fuel.

​In addition to our culinary expertise, we offer menu development and team training services to enhance hospitality or foodservice concepts. We assist in ideation, concept plates and recipes, as well as menu production and implementation. We provide both one-on-one tutorials and symposiums for chefs and operators. We have collaborated with national hotel chains to improve operating systems and address inefficiencies in cost control and overspending. Our services aim to overcome developmental challenges and train teams to deliver high-quality service that meets the expectations of your target audience.
